The Zimbabwe senior men’s team has moved five places in the negative on the FIFA world rankings following their defeat in the last AFCON qualifier fixture against Liberia.
The Warriors are now ranked 115th in the world from 110. The Warriors’ average position since the rankings were introduced is 81. The best ranking Zimbabwe ever got was 46th in August 1993, the worst was 118th in June this year. The Warriors are currently ranked 28th in Africa.
