ZIFA provincial Chairpersons “honoured” Phillip Chiyangwa, Omega Sibanda and Philemon Machana “for astute leadership in the ZIFA executive committee after the resignation of other members.”
The three were presented with shields at ZIFA offices on Tuesday morning.
Chiyangwa and Sibanda are uncontested candidates for the posts of President and Vice-President respectively in the upcoming election.
Machana will compete for one of the four executive committee positions with Barrymore Manandi, Sugar Chagonda, Chamunorwa Chiwanza, Stanley Chapeta and Bryton Malandule.”
